Do not disturb question

Hello,
I need set do not disturb in a extension to emulate the after call work. I am using ctconnect (CPS) for that, and i use ctcSetAgentStatus( NOTREADYBOTH ). This leave the agent (position ID) in NotReady but the calls inbound through the extension are alerting. I try to put on the extension in do not disturb in the extension channel and that returns me an error "ctcReqIncomWithObj". Why? Does the extension need any special configuration?
Can anybody help me?

What are you using in terms of phones types, Symposium versions, Meridian/Succession levels is any CTI involved and if so what type (e.g. Genesys)
