On this system I have an ext. with set DND on. It is a 4424D set. When the voice mail system picks up, the caller can press 1 to go into hunt group 771. The above 4424D set
will have a blinking green LED on the Intercom-Voice button
but no audible tone or ring from the set with DND on. If
you press the button where the green LED is blinking you
will get the calling party. Could it be programming, processor module, 412 module or the individual phone set ?
This occurance does not happen all the time when I'm
trouble shooting the problem. Thank you for your help.

My initial guess would be the set you mention is a member of group 771.

Is that trunk set to ring on that ext?

That poarticular SA button has its ringing options set to off. If you inspect it you'll see SA-Voice -N. To fix: go to programmig mode, press the suspect buton, and enter *37, exit phone programming and test.
