hi guys

i have an ip 7920 phone that is not ringing due to the fact that is on Dnd ....what command on the call manager express shall i do to take that off......i looked at the phone menu and its not on that

have you attempted to reset the phone in the CCMExpress?

Another tool to use is going to be;

#show ephone dnd

(conf)#ephone
(conf)#no dnd feature-ring

no dnd feature-ring did not work i'll try a reset
