Hi,
How can i do that an ODN don't receive internal calls while a ADN call is connected? I try it changing the agent status to NOT READY, but that only works for ADN calls.

If the extension is an ACD member then set the first digit in it's ADC to 2. This specifies an ACD agent with multi member busy on call to/from agents ADN.

Hello,
My problem is than having a call incoming for ADN, if other extension make a call to my ODN, my ODN rings. How can i block my extension for no receive calls for the ODN??

Hi;

There are 4 possible cases in fact.

Acpap, acdnum4= 0, the adc of the odn = 1.....

CAN call ACD when on ODN call.
CAN call ODN when on ACD call.

Acpap, acdnum4= 1, the adc of the odn = 1.....

CAN NOT call ACD when on ODN call.
CAN call ODN when on ACD call.

Acpap, acdnum4= 1, the adc of the odn = 2.....

CAN NOT call ACD when on ODN call.
CAN NOT call ODN when on ACD call.

Acpap, acdnum4= 0, the adc of the odn = 2.....

CAN call ACD when on ODN call.
CAN NOT call ODN when on ACD call.

you may set how you like...

can't you programme DND on one of the function keys,like
KSFKCIR=,KEY=,FCN=DND; and activate it ?

Remember to active Do not disturb in the category, D2=1 in CDIV parameter of KSEXI.
