Hi,
we're running an Avaya CM 8.x with Avaya Deskphones 9611 still using H.323.
Since home office work has become popular this year, there is a lot of call forwarding from the endpoints towards mobile and landline (external) destinations (C).
Now when A in the office calls B on its extension, and B has calls forwarded to his home (C), then A can see the phone number C on the display of his deskphone,
during call setup as well as when the call is connected. Now some of B don't like their private phone numbers being shown to others (A).
Do you have a hint if and how I might disable the display of the C number to callers (A) on their deskphones?
There are too many users to setup off-pbx-telephone station-mapping for every B to hide the numbers.
regards
Wolf
