Hello There,
I have users who use the "do not deliver before" option when sending an email.
All users currently have Microsoft Outlook 2002 connecting to Exchange 2000.
If, for example, they decide to create an email at 10am in the morning and set "do not deliver before" 4pm the email goes to the outbox as expected.
What happens after that is strange because sometimes the message goes and sometimes it doesn't? When it doesn't go it simply remains in the outbox.
This seems to effect more than one user and, although i have checked the users local time settings and the Exchange server time settings to ensure that they look the same, the email can still stay in their outbox?
This is confusing because, as i said, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
Does anyone out there know of any reason why this could occur?
Any help would be greatly appreiated.
Cheers,
Del.
