Do not allow attachments and read receipts

Hi

Is it possible to configure a mailbox in Exchange so that if a user emails it it will not accept attachments and will not distribution read receipts, even if requested by the user. This is for an AllStaff account that only people in the AllStaff Group can email to.

Any help appreciated
