question for all...
in my own experience, I've found that macintosh systems (os 8, 9, whatever) generally spool files a lot smaller than the pc's we've had (dell, win9x & 2k). Printing a large image file from a pc would normally spool the file at about 60mb, when spooling that same file from a mac would only spool at about 3 or 4 mb. Does anyone have an opinion or info on this? we are considering switching our plotter from a macintosh platform to a pc platform, and if mac's really do spool files smaller, then we would certainly be better off leaving the plotter connected with a mac. thanks for your input!
