My company had ordered a 4 seat Voicemail keycode for the BCM 200/400. We ordered it 10 days in advance, it is 14 days and it still never came in. Now every time I have received a keycode, it is shipped by Nortel on a piece of paper, is there a way to get the keycodes (authorization code) online? Or am I stuck waiting for this piece of paper to finally mae it to my office.
