I need to connect two PC's running W98 using an ADSL internet connection at each site - is there an easier way to do this than setting up a VPN?

Any help appreciated

Frank

You just configure one of Windows 98 as a VPN server and other PC as a client.

Thought I'd throw in that "technically" you don't need a VPN to connect the two. It would not be wise to do so, but you can connect the two if they both have public ip addresses (or if you have your routers configured correctly to allow it).
Just keep in mind that you are opening the doors to all kinds of intrusion and lost privacy!
