Do I need to upgrade CRXI?

Hi,
Everytime I launch CR XI Developer I get an upgrade message, one for sp2 and another for a weekly hotfix. Should I install either or both? Or just leave as it is..

I have done all of the upgrades/updates. My answer would be "yes".
