Do I need all these versions of MSXML

Hi, I am new to this forum although am a regular in the MS Access forums.
I am having a tidy up and have installed Revo Uninstaller. It lists the following programs:

MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB954430)
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB973688)
MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser
MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser (KB973685)
MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB933579)

Do I need all of these? Is 6.0 an update of the previous versions and if so is it safe to uninstall the four version 4.0 or should I leave them all installed?
