Hello,

I have a report that currently has 5 groups. Those groups are:

Region
Home Store
Name
Worked Store
Timecard Date & hours
Worked Store totals
Name totals
Home Store Totals
Region Totals

At the end of each break for level 2, I'd like a summary of information contained in level 4.

For instance, my report could look like this:

California Region
Store 1
Joe Smith
Store 1
8/3/2004 10 hours
8/4/2004 8 hours
Store 1 totals 18 hours
Store 2
8/5/2004 8 hours
Store 2 totals 8 hours
Joe Smith totals 26 hours
Store 1 totals 26 hours
Store 2
Bob Lee
Store 2
8/3/2004 11 hours
Store 2 totals 11 hours
Bob Lee totals 11 hours
Store 2 totals 11 hours
California Region totals 37 hours

Right after the store total break, I need to show a summary of worked store totals. So right after the Store 1 totals, I want to show:

Store 1 18 hours
Store 2 8 hours

So, I'm looked for a summary of Level 4 info displayed after the level 2 break.

How can I accomplish this? I'm using Crystal 8.0

Thank you!

I think you could use running totals placed in the Group #2 Footer to do this. Each running total should evaluate based on a formula:

{table.WorkedStore#} = 1 //or 2 or 3

Reset on change of group (Home Store). You would need one running total for each store.

Another alternative would be to insert a crosstab in the Group#2 footer which used {table.workedstore} as the row, and hours as the summary. This might be the easiest approach.
