do I need a patch

have a BC12 site,
with "LOADS" of the below events logged, on 4 out of 6 LIMS, events show 100 with over 800 overwritten,,

all LIM's have same error.

Jump to Illegal state ALEX says needs a patch

2) If no, fotget it. Do HIREI.
3) If the problem persists and You suffering from it GOTO 1) .

I am possibly having problems with call cut offs,
and no I dont at this point wanrt to goto E//

Again the question is, is this a patchable known problem
I can't find any thing obvious in my E// CD's

Also the events are still happening, not as often but they still are, so there is a problem

if you don't wanna go to E/// now, analyse the problem.

Find in Alex description of signal SIZCMI, blocks RMP, CMP and may be you guess the decision: may be, some parameters or other config is incorrect.

seems to me it is a resource problem, do you have high call rate alarms?

could not find anything in ALEX for SIZCMI

no high rate alarms, it is a busy switch network but, 7 LIM's ( think)

before logging this fault to E///, its better to upgrade your PBX to SP10, this issue is maybe already fixed.
contact your service provider for these matters...
