Do I have a Worm or Virus 1

Several times in the last few months my email has contained a "not able to deliver" message. I have not sent this mail and it looks like some one is forwarding mail through my address. I've run NAV complete scans, AdAware, and SpyBot with nothing found. Should I do anything more ?

You probably do NOT have a virus. Sounds more like one of the many spoofing email viruses that have used your email address.
