Do DECT & CDMA1900 Interfere ?

Straightforward enough question.... I have a site that is happily using DECT (until now totally legally) but the government of that country has just told them that they must switch it off as it will interfere with a CDMAOne IS95A network running in the 1900MHz band.

Now I know that the DECT is running in the 1880-1900MHz range, and from what I can gather the CDMA network is running at 1900MHz and above....

Can anyone help me out here ? Oh and for extra points backed up with documentary evidence if possible.
