I had a Primary DNS which went down and was recreated and existing files used to start it up. This files are about 2 weeks behind the secondary DNS Server so the SOA/revision number on the Secondary DNS are higher than that of the secondary. How do I get it to what it was before so that a successful zone transfer can occur.

Thanks

Well, since the secondary's serial number is higher than the primary, that should mean that the data in the secondary is newer than the primary. You could try 1) to copy the zone files from the secondary and overwrite the primary zone files (making the serial numbers the same) or, 2) if you don't care about any possible changes you've made in the last two weeks, just update the primary's serial number to one higher than the secondary. This will make whatever info is in the primary's zone file to be the master. The secondary will see the serial number difference and will pull the zone data from the primary.
