dns trouble with cname and mx

I have just received a static IP for my server and have moved the domain onto it, but for some reason emails are not being delivered to my server if sent from an a remote machine. I can send messages from one user to another no problem and I can sent outgoing mail. Also I can't seem to reach my server using the alias
Following is my records file. the domain name and IP have been changed, but the structure is identical.
