DNS settings on ISA server

I'm currently in the middle of a migration from an NT to a 2K Active Directory domain, and I've just migrated my ISA server.

Everything is going fine and all clients have the expected access through the ISA server, as before.

The problem I am having is that I'm getting a lot of errors on the ISA server relevant to retrieving lists of names from the AD DC, and other name resolution errors. Originally the ISA server used the external ISPs DNS servers under network settings, but now I'm thinking that perhaps one of them should be pointing at my internal AD DNS server, to integrate the ISA server into AD DNS.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this or is anyone aware of the accepted 'best practice'?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
