dns server

we are a part of a large WAN connection (one branch of 25). i want to re-configure our tru64 server to resolve company-wide network; here's the network:

branch a - 192.168.25.xx
branch b - 192.168.35.xx
branch c - 192.168.125.xx

:. all default gateway fallss to xxx.xxx.xxx.1

any recommendation/suggestions on how to start the ball rolling?

the only thing left now is how to integrate a DHCP server to the newly-configured/setup DNS server (as master DNS).
