Are there any issues that can come out of going from ad integrated dns to non?
 
Why not use AD Integrated?

You can change it and shouldn't experience any issues...but it's better left integrated if possible.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

There are no more PDC's! There are DC's with FSMO roles!
 
well you may or may not consider this an issue...but if you take off ad integrated, A. DCs, if not configured properly, will end up with different information in their zones, leading to all kinds of minor and major problems B. No more multimaster replication (aka; fault tolerance) of the DNS zone.

Either way, not a good idea.
