DNS Server Error in Windows 2003

I installed Windows 2003 Eval. ver. When i am trying to install Active Directory, it gave me an error that TCP/IP n/w conf is not complete. and may be because of that it is not starting DNS Server Services too.. Plz lemme know the solution.

Doesn't sound like a hardware problem to me . Perhaps you could try the windows2000 server group.
