My system has the alcatel home modem sinked the router is functioning properly. When I check my local area connection it is connected. But when I click on microsoft browser ver: 6.0.2800 I get a dns error. The browser will not browse. A fried of mine system with no work to the system recently has started to experience the same problem. We both run winxp pro with all the upgrades. I have 2 computers networked.
