Good morning from Wisconsin,
I have a Windows Server 2003 machine serving as primary DNS for one of our corporate clients, and all workstations in the enterprise resolve correctly, my guess is because the server is using root hints, but the screenshot below indicates that the server is resolving everything to the external IP address. However, nowhere in the DNS configuration does the external IP address appear. Can anyone here shed some light as to why this may be happening?
Thank you in advance,
