We recently had to change our IP address. I've contacted our webhost and had them update the records on their end. I double-checked and it does show the updated IP addresses from the changes they made. I believe I have gone through all DNS settings, etc on the server and updated to the new IP address, however our intranet and Outlook Web access websites are still unavailable. The domains are:

intranet.mycompany.com
mail.mycompany.com

Some things to note...

Our guys use a VPN connection to connect and check their e-mail (Outlook to Exchange). They can connect to the VPN (with connection info of intranet.mycompany.com), however it appears only internal e-mail works. No e-mail from outside the domain appears to be coming though.

Any ideas what could be causing the rest to conflict?

Two things that I can think of: 1) did it get changed all the way back to the TLD servers via the domain registrar or just in the DNS servers of your provider? 2) since your having email problems, did they also update any MX records?

Just an update...I managed to get this resolved. Thanks for assisting.
