DNS PROBLEM!

I have a forest with two domains. I run netdiag /test:dns on the root domain and it says that all my dns tests pass. But when i run netdiag /test:dns on the other domain i get this error:[WARNING] The DNS entries for this DC are not registered correctly on DNS server

I have the DNS server pointing correctly. I also have dynamic updates enabled. any ideas greatly appreciated.
