Last night my hosting facility changed backend providers. I got a slew of new IP addresses. Well everything is working fine for those Domains that are not being managed on my internal DNS machines. The ones that I have on my DNS timeout before responding.
I checked and if I directly query the server for a name it gives the right response. But if I ask via normal DNS query, I get a timeout.
The tool I've been using to test it is When I use 74.xxx.nnn.53 (My DNS server) for the server I get answers that are correct for GetEventPhotos.com. If I use that same page with server value of 198.6.1.1 (UUNet DNS Server) I get a timeout looking up GetEventPhotos.com. Any help would be welcome.
