I'm having a little issue with DNS as at our provider and wondered if you might be able to help. We have a domain company.com which we don't control the dns for. the domain has an a record for crm.company.com which is pointed at ip address x.x.x.x and one for company1.crm.company.com which is pointed at ip address x.x.x.x. I've verified this using nslookup on our name servers. Our trouble is that every resolves company1.crm.company.com to y.y.y.y which is something like 192.168.28.20 which is nothing to do with us at all.

Any ideas. I know the structure might be weird but its to do with the way the software redirects when logging into crm

Ignore dns people had registed company1.crm.company.com.company.com
