I am trying to set-up a Small Business 2000 server with Exchange 2000 for a small company who has already got mail server set-up on a Linux server, and they are hosting their web site with some other ISP --which they want to shut down and use Windows 2000 for their mail and web hosting services.

The main problem is:

I got the following Info with nslookup:-

Mailserver mx.ext.ip.net.com (pref=100) dnscache2.syt.nexon.com 209.215.48.100
Mailserver mx2.ext.ip.net.com (pref=200) dnscache2.syt.nexon.com 209.215.48.100

Nameserver ns2.ext.ip.net.com ns2.ext.ip.net.com 203.32.166.10
Nameserver ns1.ext.ip.net.com (SOA) ns1.ext.ip.net.com 203.32.166.10

Webserver 203.36.28.74

I have updated the details for the new ISP primary and secondary server details on the Domain registrar’s web site. Should I cancel the above 3 MAILSERVER, NAMESERVER, WEBSERVER. Or don’t worry about it

You should cancel it because if you don't any machine that gets DNS lookups from their DNS servers will get the wrong resolution, even though the registrar has a new DNS server defined. Also, the DNS servers often replicate out and if they replicate the incorrect information, you will see that you will get intermittent problems.
