What kind of entry in DNS /Bind (Windows 2000 actually) makes the server answer when someone only asks for
Or is that a technology other than DNS making that happen? I have wondered this for years. ...............................

We have a PTR record pointing to our domain (ourdomainname.com) in the "xxx.xxx.xxx in-addr-arpa" zone.
That gets a response from browsers when the left off.
