DNS host name keep disappearing

Could some one shed a little light on a strange problem i have. Internal LAN network DNS server keeps looseing a few host names one is our Exchange server.

Theres no errors in the logs of any kind. Any no anything about this problem.

Any help would be gratefull thanks.

need more info....o/s and sp level, etc.

whast dns configuration on DCs and exchange server??
