I'm just starting to use win2k pro here. I use Adsl to connect to the internet. I can login fine. when i try to open a web app, wheter it's ie, outlook express or a peer to peer, all i get are dns errors "cannot display page" I refresh \ home (ie6 btw) either once, or twice, sometimes a few dozen times, and suddenly everything is available.
i've checked out other questions from people, that were similar, nothing works. I have been using DSl for a while and am familiar with the workings. I am new to win2k tho' and think there's some little setting i'm unaware of causing this annoyance. any ideas?
