DNS errors in NetDiag

All Domain Controllers in the domain are displaying the following error when you run Netdiag.

DNS test . . . . . . Failed
Warning The DNS entries for this DC are not registered correctly on DNS server 10.161.15.21. Please wait for 30 minutes for DNS server replication.
Warning the DNS entries for this DC are not registered correctly on DNS server 10.160.13.10.
Fatal No DNS servers have the DNS records for this DC registered.

The first IP address always displays as the local system.

All DNS zones are AD integrated zones so zone transfer tab should not affect this.

I have check all DNS servers and they all have Host records for all name servers.

Any ideas?
