DNS error message

Hello all!
We have a secondary DNS server working with AIX. There is a error in the log that appear every 5 minutes :

Apr 8 09:51:49 hn085 named-xfer[87602]: [10.19.46.25] not authoritative for crela
n.be, SOA query got rcode 0, aa 0, ancount 1, aucount 0

10.19.46.25 is our primary DNS server also working in AIX

There is no problem with that message at the moment..
can somebody tell me what's wrong?

does your primary named allow zone transfers to secondary ns?
anyway zone transfer can be acomplished by other means like ftp or so

yes.... it allow zone transfer

does your master nameserver recognize it is a zone master - ie:
on any server run
$nslookup
>server 10.19.46.25
>set q=any
>cl.be

.....Blah-blah-balh
Non-authoritative answer
..... mailer .... www. ..... ....

^^^ is wrong - check your zone files on primary, especially NS records
