Dns entry does not resolve

Hi gurus

I have an windows 2000 machine, I added a host entry to a site but for some reason it just dont want to resolved.

I added WEB pointing to a public IP xxx.xxx.xxx.001
then I added WEBTEST to a public IP xxx.xxx.xxx.002

The first one resolves fine but the second one nada, nothing, it just dont display, if I type on the address bar xxx.xxx.xxx.002 I go to the right place, this issue is kicking my .....
