I have recently downloaded, and installed, Apache 2.0.40. I have also registered a few domain names. The service that I registered the domain names through provided me with two NameServers. NOW I'm stumped! Do I try to find out what or who these NameServers are and send them my IP information? Should I try to setup a DNS myself and add that to my DNS information on the login screen, at the company where I registered my domain names? Obviously, I am new to hosting my own site but I'm tired of paying for hosting that limits how much content I can have, unless I want to keep dishing out dollars.

ANY help would really be appreciated!!!

Hi mate,

The registrar is where you change the nameservers, in other words, where you registered the domains.

Normally they provide some sort of control panel that allows you to do this yourself, otherwise you need to contact their support department and get them to do it.

A good service to change to is
Hope this helps Wullie
