dns configuration problem ??

hi all,

i hav configured dns services on solaris 2.8 (x86 ver).
i hav done almost all the configuration i have checked it thorouly but still its unable to resolve the domains ...can anyone tell me how do i troubleshoot it...


when i give nslookup..i get following error massage..

*** Can't find server name for address 127.0.0.1: No response from server
*** Default servers are not available

all ideas, suggetions are welcome..
