DNS (BIND) not resolving for hosts other than the localhost

I've been thrown into the task of configuring BIND on Fedora 9. I never use Linux and I've never used BIND. I finally got all of our existing DNS info into BIND and working properly. I've configured iptables to allow the DNS ports, which solved one problem I was having. However, I still am having problems when public computers try to resolve names with our DNS. I've been using zoneedit.com to check the server and it's not returning anything. Our other nameserver returns the queries, but it's based on HP-UX, so I can't just clone it. I can resolve from inside our network and from our other nameserver, but not from public networks/networks outside our IP allocation. Anyone know where this may be hiding on the server? I'm sure it must just be a simple setting somewhere. Thanks!

UPDATE: Fixed!

Well it turns out it had nothing to do with DNS. Somehow, Fedora managed to lose my default dateway setting, so nothing was leaving our IP block.
