Hi experts,
Can i know how many Domain name / URL can a DNS/BIND server can support . also what is the comand to get the maximum transactional capacity for a DNS/BIND server.
support me with any related doccuments or issues

That will depend entirely on how long your piece of string is.

Your server will support load depending on how much memory it has, how fast the processors are, how fast the disks are and how well the load is spread across them.

There's nothing special about the load you're describing.

There's no command I'm aware of that will tell you what you want.

Look up the TPC figures for your server ( and compare that to servers already running the type of load you're describing.

Talk to HP support or your HP salesperson.
