Hello All:
I have a setup with a routefinder 820, server 2003 and XP pro. In office I can resolve the DNS. I use to be able to resolve thru the VPN tunnel when I had the routefinder 560. When I switched out to the 820 I started have problems. I called the company and they said everything was fine with the router :). So any ideas help!!!
I opened ports and packets services
Thanks RCT

If i had to guess i would say the dhcp isnt setup correctly on the VPN device. Generally when you make a connection to a VPN device it hands out a DHCP lease to your VPN adapter, this lease should include your internal dns servers and it probably doesnt. When you make a VPN connection next time open a command prompt and do an ipconfig /all and look at the info under your vpn adaptor.
