I need to create a remote trust with a Domain Name that already exists as a Secondary DNS ZONE in the Trusted Domain (for web purposes w/different IPs). This is prohibiting me from completing a trust with the (new) actual Domain. Is there a way to complete the Trust without rebuilding the Domain controller? Both are 2000 Domains.
I thought about changing the WebAppDNS entry to WebAppDNS_1 but now think that will create too many inconsistencies for the future. i.e. Outside vs. Inside connection point.
