I have a computer on our domain whose preferred DNS addresses keeps changing even when I manually set them through network connections...local area connection...properties...tcp/ip.

Does anybody have any ideas as to why this would happen? The issue is affecting the users emails as she is unable to send/receive when they change. Her account is an exchange account.

are you running DHCP?

It would be best to allow the DHCP Server to hand out the IP addresses. As to DNS, you may want to click the RADIO buttons to for automatic IP Addresses and again change them back and manually add the numbers again.

You can also do an ipconfig /release to make sure there are no new IP adresses and manually enter them again.
