My Domain controller is the only controller and uses AD integrated DNS. My exchange server is having a hard time communicating with some domains and I have been looking at the DNS portion. On some of the rejected emails I try and ping the domain and I get back 4 replies but they reply back with my domain servers IP Address. That makes no sense to me why this would do that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On your DNS server make sure your forwarders section has the other domains' dns servers listed.
