Trying to get DNIS passed to Contact Center 6.0. I have a CS1000M swv 5.5. I'm getting the four digits passed across my LD PRIs from the carrier, but when I run a call by call report in Contact Center, it has DNIS as blank. Do I have to turn this on somewhere, and if so, does turning it on affect anything else I'm doing?

When you say passed, is the Call Flow working, or are you talking about Reporting?

I'm trying to route using DNIS to get better reporting, but neither the routing or reporting is working. I checked my call by call reports to see what DNIS was passing to CC6, and it always shows up as blank or 0.

So, in ld 49 you have the DNIS pointing to a CDN that is acquired in Symposium right?

Most of my DNIS in ld 49 are hitting SDNs in CallPilot. We normally send through a menu and then send to a CDN/Script once they make their menu selection.

I do that with a couple, but I do not use call by call, or DNIS within Sym, so I guess I can't help troubleshoot too much, I just make sure all the CDNs/DNIS/DID are named in 95.

I normally don't use call by call either, but I have it turned on for a few skillsets. I tried converting my DNIS to an acquired CDN, but still have the same effect. No routing by DNIS.

it on on the route right?? DNIS yes and day/night tables (DCNO)declared?

What load do I go in to check?

Looks like I've got DNIS NO across the board. What harm is it to turn it on?

No harm, you need that in conjuction with IDC yes I'm thinking...

I also see a DCDR field (Include DNIS number in CDR records).
