Hi,

I have a problem with a SECC where a call that is pegged twice against two different CDNs but unique DNIS is counted twice in the DNIS report. Is this correct?

Regards,

This doesn't sound right to me, although I'm not fully understanding what you are trying to describe. The only time a call could be counted twice is in a skillset/agent report when an agent rejects a call and puts it back in the queue, the call will be re-presented and counted again.

Just to be clear, when you route on DNIS there will be a DNIS report and a corresponding CDN report, sincec the DNIS number will be IDC to a CDN. Many DNIS numbers may be IDC to the same CDN.
