I need to repoint some DNIS digits (800#s) for a temporary message. I am thinking of repointing them to my call pilot for a message, then back to their original locations. My problem is that I am fairly new to the option 11 and can not locate DNIS info in the switch. I have no idea where to look. Anyone have a clue?

You need to know your dnis number first - you can get from telco providing your 800 #.

Once you know the number look for it in two places
1. LD 20
REQ: prt
Type: DNB
DN: <-- enter the dnis number
<cr> until prints

2. LD 49
REQ: prt
Type:IDC
DCNO:<cr>

The number will show up in one of these two places. Once we know were and how it is setup. we can make chages to it - post back what you find and you Call Pilot number and we will help you from there.

Thank you! This is the clue I needed to get this task started. I think I can complete it without further hang-ups.

Thought I had this one licked. Now that I have found my DNIS digits and built my application in CallPilot, I need to repoint the DNIS digits to the application in the CallPilot (in this case X5051) to play the announcement. I can not see in my input/output guide how this is done. I am looking in LD49. Am I barking up the wrong tree? Thank you.

You need to forward to call pilot - build as a phantom with DCFW to call pilot. In Call Pilot you need to build a service directory number with the DNIS number assigned your to your new application.
