DNIS on Tie Line checking

Is there a way using MONITOR to see what digits the C.O. is sending over a tie line. I have a customer with a Quest LD T1 and they are supposed to be sending 400 which is the calling group number of teh voice mail but all of the calls are goine to the operator.

They have DNIS on another T! that works fine (through a different carrier

It's mostlikely the wrong number of digits they are passing. Try renumbering a phone to the last 4 digits of the number they are sending, and see if it works.
