Hi I am new to site. I am trying to change a DNIS to allow for 10 digits can anyone assist. I am working on an Option 11 Nortel. Thanks

Log into the system and go to LD 16. Against the RDB that your incoming DNIS route is using, press enter until you see the prompt DNIS. It should be already set to "YES", but change the digit length at the next prompt. Use LD 21 to print out your routes first to find the DNIS one.

e.g.

TYPE RDB
CUST 00
DMOD
ROUT 0
DES 01672 3350XX DDI
TKTP IDA
NPID_TBL_NUM 0
SIGL DAS
PRIV NO
RCLS EXT
VTRK NO
DTRK NO
DSEL VOD
AUTO NO
DNIS YES
NDGT 4 ######################## change to 10 ###################
DDLY NO
DCDR YES
ICOG IAO
SRCH LIN
TRMB NO
STEP
ACOD 1500
TARG
BILN NO
IDC YES
DCNO 1
NDNO 1 *
DNAM YES

etc

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
