How can I change a Public received number using DN prefix, DN lenght or Code Prefix, ID lenght? I want to use that to make Tandem call between two BCM50.

You are asking to do several things. What is it your trying to do. more info.Is it call comes in 1 bsm and out to other bcm.

I want to make a Tandem call. Example. I make a National call from Site A using H323 trunk to Site B then I take a Site B's PSTN trunk. Now more explanation:

My is number: 818099601234

When I dial 81809960, I Absorb the two first digit(81) and send the DNIS to the Site B (8099601234), now my problem start here:

1)I need to send 10 digit and Private network only allow me 7 that means I have to use Public Network because it allow me 12 digit.

2) I need to add a 9 in front of my number because when the number reach the Site B the 9 will become my PoolA access then the rest of my number will be my dialed number,(8099601234). that why I ask about the Dn prefix and Code prefix.

Destination Code: 81809960
Aborsb: 2

- Remote acces package
1 = PoolA

- Lines
Remote package = 1

- Private newtwork
Private received number= 7
Private DN lenght = 10

- Routing Table
Destination digit = 81809960

Sorry for my english

In the route there is a dial out or external number add a 9 there so when the 81 is dialed it will insert a 9 in front of the number and the other system will route it out. Also it should be a public route.

Where can I find that option to add a 9? I can't find it
I change to public recived and now I can received all the digit.

Ok I find the external number option and I added the 9, Im change the Destination digit to 9809 but now I receiving a busy tone I don't know why.

The problem was a mistake in the DN prefix field about the default lenght but now Im receiving the entire number 98099601234 and the Site B is not giving me access to Pool A, I checked the remote package 1 and is assign to Pool A and Pool is assing to remote package 1, any suggestion?

Have you check the private DN lenght ? Bump it up as tandem dialing is using private, not public .

I can't use private because doesn't allow more than 7 digit and Im using 11, right now Im receiving the entire number (98099601234) but I don't why I m can't accessing to PoolA

I change to Private now I can access to PoolA but I don't know why when the SiteB give me the trunk, it suposse to dial the DNIS but I only got a dial tone to dial the number manual, why isn't dialing automatic the DNIS?

The other site needs a dest code of 81809960 point it at the route with pool A and remote access is for dialing in from the outside and accessing a line/trunk and dialing manualy back out put it back to public ,11 digits and it should work. The reason for the busy was no reute to go out.
