In addition to a major call centre our organization has a sales department.

We have a large megalink trunk out to the PSTN. The megalink is organized into a number of service routes. Of concern are a couple of inbound WATS trunks.
The call flow is:

1) caller phones the toll free number
2) they route in on the appropriate service route of the Megalink and hit an IDC table.
3) the IDC table then routes the call to a callpilot application.
4) the callpilot application asks the caller to key in the number of the sales person of interest.
5) the call then routes to that sales person's extension.
6) the sales person - the callee - receives the calling line information of the caller.

The sales person would like to also get the toll free number the caller dialed to reach us - the DNIS/ANI number - as well. The sales person can better personalize how they respond to initial questions/inquiries if they know what toll free was initially dialed.

If have tried doing things like changing the CNDA and DNDA settings on the sales group's phone. I have changed the DNIS setting to YES on the WATs ICT trunk but to no avail.

Is it even possible to get the DNIS number routed to the extension along with the calling line ID?
